Our Terms

Order Confirmation

Once an order has been checked and agreed upon in writing (via letter, email, or WhatsApp) by the customer, it is considered CONFIRMED.

Customer Obligations

After confirmation, the customer is required to:

  • Accept delivery of the goods
  • Pay the agreed price
  •  Adhere to the payment terms of the order

 

Ownership of Goods

The title of the goods remains with PUREWAL CUSTOMS until payment is made in full.

 

Payment Terms

  • Orders below €1,000 + VAT require 100% advance payment with order confirmation before production begins.
  • Orders above €1,000 require a 50% non-refundable deposit with order confirmation. The remaining 50% balance must be paid and cleared before dispatch.
  • Trade credit terms are available upon separate negotiation.

 

Production & Delivery Timeline

While every effort is made to deliver within 4-5 weeks, this is only a target and not a contractual guarantee. Delivery timelines may be extended due to seasonal demand or other factors.

 

Product Issues & Returns

If PUREWAL CUSTOMS fails to comply with the confirmed order instructions or the product is found faulty, we will gladly exchange the product.

  • Notification of any issue must be made within 48 hours of delivery via letter, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Goods must be returned unused and in original condition.
  • Any loss or damage to the goods will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Logo & Branding Responsibility

By confirming an order, the customer guarantees they have full permission to use any provided logos and accepts full responsibility for any claims or disputes arising from their use.

 

Governing Law

These conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan
